- First get some "Crabmones", they are green egg sacks on the gross arachnid nests 
(look at the video thumbnail). Simply walk up to them to collect them.

- Equip them as your throw-able weapon, then throw Crabmones at 10 Arachnids for the achievement

- Go inside the Solar System Observatory (East of the Control Center)

- Grab the gloves to use for the rest of your play-through

- Hover above an arachnid (the weak ones) and an indicator will say 

" RS TAKEDOWN "

- Do this 10 times for the achievement

There are 15 Queen Arachnids around the map to kill and loot for an energy core.

- If you go for all of the Energy Core locations on the map, most of them will be Queens
